Homevestors we buy ugly houses — Eugene, OR

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

When we look at your property, we aren't just checking the address. We evaluate the current condition of the foundation, roof, and major systems like plumbing or electrical. If your home needs significant repairs, that affects our offer because we take on the cost of those renovations ourselves. The local market demand and how quickly houses are selling in your specific neighborhood play a role as well. We want to be fair, so we look at the potential after updates versus what the home needs right now. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

If your home has fallen into disrepair or requires extensive renovation, these buyers have the resources to take it off your hands regardless of its appearance. You save yourself the expense and headache of contractors and building permits. The process is built to be efficient, allowing you to bypass the traditional market entirely.
