Reviews of we buy ugly houses — Columbia, MO

What affects the price

When we look at your property, we aren't just checking the address. We evaluate the current condition of the foundation, roof, and major systems like plumbing or electrical. If your home needs significant repairs, that affects our offer because we take on the cost of those renovations ourselves. The local market demand and how quickly houses are selling in your specific neighborhood play a role as well. We want to be fair, so we look at the potential after updates versus what the home needs right now. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Sellers often choose this route when they need to move quickly or want to avoid real estate agent commissions. It is smart to see how they handle negotiations before you commit.
